Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless indicated otherwise within the product description. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays.

Customs And Import Duty

Hawkglow does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order need to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment again, please contact with us directly first.

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact with us first, we will be very glad to help you solve the matter.

2. How do I track my order?

After your order being shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company's website with the tracking number provided.

Please pay attention: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact with us for more information.

Shipping Addresses

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and provide you with the best possible service here are some tips when checking out online:

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • Include an accurate phone number when placing an order online. If anything happens with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your business to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.

Multiple Items

We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.

Shipping partners- USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon Logistics. Normally, we will ship the product the customer ordered from the nearest warehouse.

Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you notice the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

There are rare occasions when our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Dock checks with the carrier take approximately 2-7 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
