Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns:

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied we've made the return process super easy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us at contact@hawkglow.com at any time from Monday to Friday within 90 days after you received the item.

Please send email to contact@hawkglow.com to apply for return. Once received and check your return and you will be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

 The reasons you might want to return the item:

1.Quality problems:

1) Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
2) Return postage is undertaken by the Seller.
3) Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
4) If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first, before you leave any comments. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.

2. You purchased the wrong item:

1) Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.
2) The shipping fee is not refundable.
3) Buyer must email us at contact@hawkglow.com at any time from Monday to Friday within 90 days after the item arrived.
4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.

3. You don’t want the item:

1) Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.
2) Shipping fee is not refundable.
3)  Buyer must email us at contact@hawkglow.com at any time from Monday to Friday within 90 days after the item arrived.
4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.

4. Shipping damage:

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon Logistics top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.

5. We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.
2) Buyer must email us at contact@hawkglow.com at any time from Monday to Friday within 90 days after the item arrived
3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.

You may have to bear shipping costs, but all returns and refunds are free of charge. No refund processing fee will be charged.

Return process:

To return your product, you should email us at contact@hawkglow.com at any time from Monday to Friday within 90 days after the item arrived. We will reply by phone or email with the address of the items you need to return. Please send the product back and provide us with the product tracking number. After we receive and inspect the returned package, you will receive your refund minus shipping fee within 3-5 days.

Beginning with the date of your refund request, we will do our best to reach an agreement with you within 7 weekdays in order to initiate the refund process.
After the refund has been initiated, the time it takes for it to process will depend on the payment method you select:

2. Refund Notes

To ensure your refund is processed speedily and properly, please follow the below guidelines.

1) Please make sure you complete the package return as required.

2) Please provide the tracking number after shipment.

3) Refunds will be made within 3 days of receipt, as we need time to check or repair.

Please go to the order details page on our website to find out if you have requested a full or partial refund.

Please note that the following fees are not refundable.

1) Currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.

2) Credit card transaction fees.

3) Floating exchange rates.
