Determining the appropriate bulb size for your car is crucial before purchasing LED headlight bulbs. To check your headlight bulb model, you can:

What if I install these LED bulbs and they flicker or report errors?
Since LED conversion kits use less power than halogen or HID bulbs, if your vehicle is equipped with a CANbus system, there may be a problem because it may think your lights are malfunctioning and cause them not to work properly. At this point, you can solve the problem by adding a plug and play bulb decoder. (few extremely sensitive vehicles can have this problem)
Can I replace an bulb with an LED?
All vehicles fitted with halogen headlight bulbs from the factory are suitable for LED conversion. The main advantage is a massive increase in road illumination and therefore improved safety when driving at night.
Which direction do LED bulbs go?
When you replace a halogen bulb with an LED bulb, it should work the same way as a halogen bulb. Place the LED bulb with the center tab facing up and the LED chip pointing horizontally left and right. If the bulb is installed tilted or upside down, you will get a strange and really bad beam pattern.
What is an LED?

I researched a lot of different types of led bulbs and finally found these and decided to give them a try. I had purchased an off brand name from Amazon prior to getting these and the way the led bulb was designed it wouldn't fit my 2019 ram 1500 classic with projector style headlights. After returning those I decided to get 2 pair of these 9005/HB3 led bulbs since my vehicle uses the same style bulb for both high and low beam. In order to change my bulbs I have to take off my front grill and remove the actual headlight housing, so I figured if I'm going through all that trouble I might as well upgrade my high beams as well even though I hardly ever use them. The bulbs feel very well made and the installation was pretty straight forward and easy enough, But I did have some issues getting the high beams to fit. The plastic on these led bulbs where the vehicle connection plugs into the bulb itself is about a sixteenth longer than the factory bulbs so when it came to trying to lock them in place, they couldn't turn enough to lock them in the same position the factory bulbs sat in. I tried to unscrew the small set screw on the bulb to see if I could rotate the position of the bulb but I guess since these bulbs are 360⁰, the set screw only has one position. Once I had unscrewed and screwed it back into place after finding out I couldn't rotate the position, that particular bulb was just a tad loose no matter how much I tightened the set screw. I had to 180 the bulbs to get them to lock into place which caused the factory connection from the truck to be bent at a 90⁰ Which I wasn't too pleased about but there's nothing I could do about it and that one bulb didn't sit as tight as I would have liked. Other than that I am very pleased with these lights. They are way brighter than the factory halogen lights. And the high beams are crazy bright which is weird to me seeing as how they are the same style bulb, but I guess the different position they sit affects how they project? They do have a slight flicker to them but its only noticable when my lights are on something very close. I don't notice the flicker while I'm driving. Overall I'm very happy with these lights.
